What do you like best about Prisma Access?

It’s a sleek and powerful tool for visual collaboration—perfect for big presentations, executive meetings, and team whiteboarding across locations. That said, from an IT support perspective, it’s not essential unless your company really depends on live collaboration between offices and has the budget for the specialized hardware it requires. What problems is Prisma Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prisma Access is helping us solve the challenge of securing a distributed, hybrid workforce without compromising performance or visibility. With users connecting from various locations and devices, we needed a way to enforce consistent security policies while reducing reliance on traditional on-prem solutions. Prisma Access allows us to deliver secure access to applications—whether cloud-based or internal—through a single, cloud-delivered platform.

This has significantly reduced risk exposure, simplified management, and improved the end-user experience by minimizing latency and connectivity issues. It’s also helps in meeting compliance requirements more effectively, thanks to centralized logging, threat prevention, and integration with identity providers for zero trust access.
